Stage 1- LLM — Large Language Models This is where it all started. LLMs are AI models trained on massive amounts of text — books, websites, articles, conversations — so they learn how to read, write, and respond like a human. When you type a question into ChatGPT or Claude and get a smart answer back, that's an LLM at work. Think of it as a very well-read assistant that has absorbed almost everything ever written and can talk to you about any of it.

Stage 2- Agentic AI This is where AI stops just talking and starts doing. Agentic AI can take actions on your behalf — browsing the web, writing and running code, sending emails, filling out forms, and completing multi-step tasks without you having to hold its hand through every step. Instead of just answering "how do I book a flight," it can actually go and book it for you. We're fully in this stage right now.

Stage 3- Multi-Agent AI Imagine a team of AI assistants, each with their own specialty, working together on a big project. One agent does the research, another writes the report, another checks the facts, and a manager agent coordinates them all. That's multi-agent AI — multiple AIs collaborating like a workforce. This is just starting to emerge and is going to completely change how businesses operate.

Stage 4- AGI — Artificial General Intelligence This is the big one people argue about. AGI is an AI that can think, reason, and learn across any topic or task — just like a human can. Unlike today's AI which is great at specific things, AGI would be great at everything. It could switch from solving a math problem to writing a poem to diagnosing a disease without missing a beat. We're not there yet, but most experts believe it's coming — the debate is just about when.

Stage 5- !!!Superintelligence!!! (Apocalypse stage) This is the stage that keeps us up at night. Superintelligence is an AI that doesn't just match human intelligence, it surpasses it by a massive margin. It would be smarter than every human who has ever lived, combined. At this point, AI could solve problems we can't even comprehend — curing all diseases, reversing climate change, unlocking the secrets of the universe.
